Even the Ghosts Managed to Escape Their Ghoulish Project for a Spooky Event!

PMI Orange County and Los Angles Chapters together again

Welcome to 2021 Halloween Networking Event! Were you watching the Thursday night NFL game? Well you missed the pre-Halloween event for the project management community. It was an awesome and well needed event for us all. Both PMI-Orange County and Los Angeles sister chapters were in attendance. It is so rare when we can all get together and just be our regular selves. Amongst the group we collectively shared 6 + different divisions of the Project Management profession.

We found the time to unleash each other’s leadership reigns and dash swiftly away to be ghost, tourist, kitty cats, spacemen and DC comic book heroes for a well-deserved 90 minutes! See how many alter egos you can name from the pictures captured. Although we were not in person we shared virtual drinks from water to the close second rendition of a well-chilled Sangria refill.

We shared some fun facts from past and present social artifacts. How many of you were aware that the iconic Line Dancing has now been paired with Hip Hop swag? Or do you remember when we all were saddened by the passing of our beloved Superman in the comic book world? Hint: Doomsday was November 17, 1992! Can you believe he is alive and doing well and volunteer’s within the PMI-OC chapter? Of course this was all in fun and each of us can hardly wait to see each other again.

If by chance you missed this event there will be others to attend. Make sure you don’t miss the next one as it may be in person! Of course respecting the social distance of 6-ft distancing but never really far apart when you are with your professional colleagues that are now your friends. Gosh, we all need each other so don’t miss out. Thank you PMI-LA and PMI-OC volunteers for another successful event!
